- Gather the required documents.Registration checklist:
- Birth certificate
- Immunization records
- Baptismal certificate, if applicable
- Most recent report card (gr. 1-6 only)
- $100.00 Registration fee (non-refundable, cash or check)
- Voided check for enrollment in FACTS automatic monthly tuition payment plan
- Call us to schedule an appointment to complete additional paperwork.
