Graduations for Pre-K, Kindergarten and Grade 6 – “We are in the process of planning graduation events for the Pre-K, Kindergarten and 6th grade students. Details will be shared when plans are complete.”
Graduation Dates and Times:
6/19 – PreK -11am (4 year classes only)
6/19 – Kindergarten – 2pm
6/22 – 6th grade – 7pm
Tuition – In order to participate in our graduations or have records sent, your tuition will need to be up to date. If you have any questions please contact Mrs. Cox at email@example.com.
Reminders – June 14 Flag day, June 20 First Day of Summer and June 21 is Father’s Day!
Please remember to register your child/children with the district that you live in. By doing so your child/children will be able to receive their school books and our school will be able to receive state aid.
The school facilities will be closed for the rest of the school year. St. Jude will continue to provide distance learning for the remainder of the year. You will receive updates if anything changes. If you need anything during these challenging times please do not hesitate to reach out to us. 2020-21 Registration – Please remember to register for the 2020-21 school year. We are trying to figure out our enrollment. Pre-K and Kindergarten are starting to fill up. When the classrooms are full we will start a waiting list. So please register soon! If you need the website and snap code to register your child/children please contact Mrs. Diehl by emailing her at email@example.com. If you cannot afford the registration fee at this time just check that you will be paying with cash or check to the school. Please just register for now. If you plan on not registering please let us know. Mrs. Diehl sent reminders to the families that did not register yet. If you did not receive an email and would like to register please contact us.
Registration Fees – When registering on line the default amount is $125.00. If you owe more than the $125.00 please mail a check to school with the difference or the entire amount if you choose that option. Once you register all fees will be put into FACTS. The following are the registration fees:
K to 6 $125.00 for one Pre-K $150.00 for one
Family of two or more $200.00
Live Streamed Masses – Welcome to the Easter Season! The Parishes of St Michael the Archangel and St Jude the Apostle are continuing to live stream daily and weekend Masses. Especially during this difficult time, as the whole world is inflicted with the Covid-19 virus, we can come together to pray for healing and peace for all the people of God. Daily Masses are at 8:00 am Monday thru Friday; and Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 12:10 pm. Weekend Masses are 4:00 pm Saturday and 10:00 am Sunday. These Masses can be viewed at either parish Facebook page. From the Nurse: Please contact the school for dates and times to pick up your child’s medications. These meds cannot be held at school over the summer, therefore, any medication left in the nurse’s office will be properly disposed of. If you are in need of new medication permission forms and other forms for the 20/21 school year, they are available. May the Lord keep you healthy and safe this summer!

School and Parish Office Hours – 10AM to 12PM on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If you need to stop by please call ahead of time so that we can be by the front door. We will be running errands and moving around in the school so please call before you come. The Parish office is closed until further notice. Schooling at Home-We hope and pray that everyone is doing well-If you have any questions or concerns in regards to your children’s schooling please contact their teacher. Colonie Center School Bucks – Update – Send your receipts to school and we will bring them to Colonie Center for you. Place them in a labeled envelope if you would like them returned. We are still in 11th place. Let’s move up in the current rankings! We need your receipts please!
Hannaford Helps Schools – Do you shop at Hannaford? If you do, look for the shelf tags on more than 1,500 participating products to earn money for our school. At check out if you receive any school dollars deposit them in our collection tower in the store. Easy!

School Store – No one has won the golden ticket worth $100.00 yet! Could it be you! Information about our school store has gone home. If you did not get one just let us know. Your children will be eligible for prizes if you participate!
DATE CHANGE -Save the Date – Our “Annual Community Service Awards Dinner” will be held at the Franklin Terrace on October 15, 2020 at 5:30PM. This year’s recipients for the Awards are Mr.& Mrs. John Dalmata. The recipients for the Father James E Clark award are Joe Kruczlnicki and Kristine Hoffay. There is a silent auction, live auction and cash bar. All proceeds from this event go toward supporting the School Tuition Assistance Program and Catholic Education Fund. RSVP by September 1, 2020.
