Year Book Patron Page – Last Call – Reminder forms are being sent home if you are interested in sending a special message to your child in this year’s year book. We have extended the due date to Monday, April 8th.

Spring Concert for Grades K-6 – Thursday, April 11th at 6:30PM – Doors will not open until 6:00PM. All students will need to report to their classrooms by 6:00PM. The concert will begin at 6:30PM. Please NO jeans, t-shirts or sneakers. Sunday best attire is required. There will be no Band Concert at the Spring Concert.

Band Concert – The Band Concert will take place on Wednesday, May 17th at 1:45PM.

Knights of Columbus Breakfast with the Easter Bunny – Sunday, April 14th (Palm Sunday) – Please join the KOC and the Easter Bunny for breakfast from 8AM to 11AM in Dammann Hall at St. Jude the Apostle School. Bring your camera for pictures with the Easter Bunny! At 10:15AM there will be an Easter egg hunt for children under the age of 8. Don’t forget to bring a bag or basket to collect the eggs! Adults, $8; children under 12, $4 and children 5 and under eat for FREE!

Financial Aid and Beacon of Hope – ALL Financial Aid applications through FACTS Must be received by APRIL 15th to be considered for financial aid for the 2019-20 school year.

 Lally – to be considered for Lally you must have a Financial Aid application filed through FACTS by APRIL 15th.

The online applications need to be complete to be considered for Lally and Financial Aid. When applying through FACTS have your most recent tax information handy.

Registration for the 2019-20 School Year – Registration packets were sent home for the 2019-20 school year. Please register as soon as possible. A $100.00 non-refundable registration fee per family will be needed to hold your child/children’s spot. Pre-K and Kindergarten are starting to fill up! We are now dating the registrations as they come in to keep track of the number of children aloud in each classroom. There are only 3 spots left in our full day 4yr. old class! If we fill up we will start a waiting list.

Winners of the Saratoga National Racing Hall of Fame Museum Horse Contest – Congratulations to Myleigh Ryan, grade 3 came in 1st place and Cooper Giles, grade 6 came in 3rd place. Thank you Miss Chapko for making this possible!

Girls Who Code-Troy Public Library – Future geniuses wanted! Create your own: Apps, video games, web pages and more! Girls in grades 3 to 8 are invited to join the Troy Public Library on Saturdays, now to May 11th at 11AM. Classes taught by Amy Flaherty and Chris Spahn from Tech Valley Game Space. Beginners are welcome!

Catholic Central High School Crusaders Against Bullying 3 on 3 Tournament – Friday, 4/5: Middle School Division –play for 5th-8th graders, check in at 5PM. Saturday, 4/6: Open division and competitive (for experienced players). Check in beginning at 8:30AM; play starts at 9:15AM. Front of School-No Parking –  PLEASE – There are still vehicles parking in front of school and along the sidewalk for drop off and pick up. There is no parking in front of school during school hours because this space needs to be left open for emergency vehicles and school buses. Please park in the school parking lot during school hours. You could possibly get a ticket for parking in front of the school during school hours. Thank you.

Student Styles Mid Winter Recess Sale – Student Styles is celebrating their 15th anniversary with 15% off all in stock merchandise (web orders excluded). Save the Date – Monday, May 6thAnnual Community Service Award Dinner for St. Jude Catholic Community-at the Franklin Terrace in Troy at 5:30PM. Reminder – Each family in grades K to 6 have to complete their 15 hour service commitment before the end of the school year or an additional $1,000.00 will be charged for each child attending our school. There are a few more fundraisers that are need of help. Please attend our PCA meetings to learn more. Next meeting is April 1st at 6:30PM.

Kindergarten Orientation – Any child entering Kindergarten that is registered with St. Jude the Apostle School for the 2019-20 school year may join us on June 19th for our Kindergarten Orientation.
