St. Jude Catholic Community International Food Festival – Join us on Saturday, September 29th for a fun filled day. There will be children’s games, food from around the world, entertainment, raffles and much more. They are looking for volunteers to help with this event. If you need an hour or two to fill your 15 hour service commitment please call the Parish office 283-1162 or sign- up on the board in the school lobby.

If emailing your child’s teacher about an absence, please cc the nurse as well. We will need physicals from grades K, 1, 3, 5 and any new students.
Grand Master D.Y. Pai’s Tae Kwon Do – Pai’s Tae Kwon Do is offering a 4 week program to students of St. Jude School, which will include a uniform and a uniform and a belt, for only $45.00 per student. !00% of the proceeds go straight to St. Jude School. Registration forms are being sent home. Please make checks payable to St. Jude the Apostle School. If you have any questions please call 518-283-4491.

PCA Easy Fundraisers:
Five Below – When shopping for the holidays at Five Below on the following days our school will earn a percentage of the sales. Remember to let them know you are there to support St. Jude the Apostle School! Thanksgiving Day-11/22, Black Friday-11/23 and Saturday-11/24.
Box Tops – We are still collecting Box Tops! Information went home. Harvest all your boxtops and send them to school! Use the sheet that was sent home for a fun way to collect the box tops.
Colonie Center School Bucks – If you purchase anything in Colonie Center please remember to submit your receipts or send them to school and we will submit them for you. We could earn up to $10,000.00!
Xtra Bonus Points! There are two opportunities for SJS to earn bonus Colonie School Bucks points in October by attending either of the following events:
- On October 6th at 11AM Jenny the Balloon Gal will be teaching kids how to make simple balloon animals. This event is located outside of H&M. 250 bonus points for each person who attends! *Please note kids 5 yrs. and older.*
- Check out the Yoga class on 10/24 and we will receive 250 bonus points for each person who attends. Class is at 6PM in Center Court.
